Terms of Service

Effective Date:2026-10-10

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lootrix Limited (“PlayerA”, the “Platform”, “we” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the PlayerA website (www.playera.com) and related services. By registering an account, placing an order, opening a store, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Our Role and Services

1.1 PlayerA is a C2C marketplace for virtual game assets, providing sellers and buyers with listing, order management, escrowed payments, delivery records, and dispute-handling services.

1.2 Except for items clearly marked as sold by the Platform itself, products and services on the Platform are listed and fulfilled by independent sellers. The sales contract for any given item is formed directly between the buyer and the seller. PlayerA acts as the marketplace operator and escrow service provider, not as the seller of those items, but we protect the transaction and handle disputes in accordance with these Terms and our platform rules.

1.3 We may adjust our services from time to time and will notify users by website announcement or other reasonable means.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use the Platform.

2.2 You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activity under your account is deemed to be your own. If your account is compromised or you notice anything unusual, contact contact@playera.com immediately.

2.4 We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that present fraud risks or violate these Terms or platform rules.

3. Buyer Rules

3.1 Before ordering, carefully check the game, server/region, platform (PC/console/mobile), quantity, and delivery method. You are responsible for the consequences of incorrect delivery details you provide (e.g., wrong character name or server), including failed or delayed delivery.

3.2 All payments and order communications must take place inside the Platform. Any off-platform transaction is not covered by our escrow protection.

3.3 Once you have received your item and confirmed everything is correct, please confirm receipt promptly. If there is a problem, open a dispute through the order within 24 hours of delivery (or within the dispute window shown on the order page) and provide supporting evidence. If no dispute is raised within that window, the order is deemed accepted and completed.

3.4 Abusive chargebacks, false claims, or falsely reporting non-delivery after receiving an item are serious breaches. We may cancel orders, suspend or ban the account involved, and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

4. Seller Rules

Seller onboarding, listing standards, fulfillment, fees and settlement, and enforcement are governed by our Seller Rules, which form part of these Terms and carry the same effect.

5. Delivery and Acceptance of Virtual Goods

5.1 Virtual goods are fulfilled by “delivery” — the shipping and signing rules for physical goods do not apply. An order is deemed fulfilled once the seller delivers the item to the game character or account specified in the order, or via another method confirmed by both parties, and the buyer confirms receipt (or the order auto-completes).

5.2 After fulfillment, neither the Platform nor the seller is liable for loss of the item caused by the buyer's own actions (such as account sharing or violations of game rules), although we will assist with investigation within reasonable limits.

6. Refunds and Disputes

6.1 Before delivery is completed, the buyer may request a refund if the seller cannot deliver or the delivery materially differs from the listing description. We will verify the case based on order records, in-order messages, and delivery evidence.

6.2 Once an order is completed, refunds are generally not available; genuine quality issues raised within the dispute window are handled under Section 3.3.

6.3 For the full escrow flow and refund rules, see our escrow policy page (once published) or the rules shown on the order page.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• sell illegally sourced goods, including stolen game accounts or virtual assets obtained through stolen credit cards or other unlawful means;

• commit fraud, create fake transactions, inflate sales or reviews, or engage in malicious competition;

• launder money, cash out funds, or otherwise violate anti-money-laundering laws;

• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights of others;

• list items or post content that is unlawful, infringing, or prohibited by the Platform;

• interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or access Platform data without authorization.

8. Game Publisher Risk Disclosure

Some game publishers' terms prohibit or restrict third-party trading of virtual assets. Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding and assuming these risks. PlayerA is not liable for account bans, asset removals, or feature restrictions imposed by game publishers, but we will provide reasonable assistance and transaction records under our platform rules.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform's website, systems, logos, page designs, and databases are owned by Lootrix Limited or its licensors. Content uploaded by sellers (images, descriptions, etc.) remains the property of the seller or its rightful owner; the seller grants the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and promote that content. All game titles, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective publishers; PlayerA is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please file a notice under our DMCA & DSA Statement.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform stable and secure, but we are not liable for service interruptions or data issues caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, system maintenance, or third parties.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any single order is capped at the amount you actually paid for that order.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms to reflect business and legal developments; updated Terms take effect once published on the website, and material changes will be flagged by on-site notice or email. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time, provided that open orders, funds, and disputes are settled first.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered, e.g., the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China]. Disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of [the operating entity's place of registration]. [Draft position — the governing law must match Lootrix Limited's place of registration; please have legal counsel confirm before go-live.]
